What we collect
When you use Pavvlo we collect the information you enter — your email and password, optional phone number, optional first name, and the debt and payment data you log. We do not require or access your bank account.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored in Supabase (managed Postgres) with row-level security enabled. Each user can only read and modify their own rows.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card numbers — Stripe handles all card data and PCI compliance.
SMS reminders
If you opt in to SMS reminders, your phone number is shared with Twilio solely to deliver the messages you've requested. You can disable SMS at any time in Settings.
AI advisor
When you use the AI advisor your debt data (balances, rates, names) is sent to Anthropic to generate responses. No personally identifying information is sent beyond what you choose to type.
No selling
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. Ever.
Your rights
You can export or delete all of your data at any time from Settings → Data. Deleting your account permanently removes everything.
